It has been a horrific night and day of Palestinian terror. No matter which way you look–in Jerusalem, in Judea and Samaria, along the Gaza border–Palestinian terrorists have attacked Israeli men, women, and children. IDF soldiers have been particular targets of assaults all day.

To begin with, a Palestinian terrorist rammed his vehicle into a group of Golani soldiers in Jerusalem near the old train station last night. 12 soldiers were wounded, one critically. Remarkably, a number of those wounded still managed to leave the hospital and participate in their swearing-in ceremony later in the evening at the Golani Brigade training base.
Today, the terrorist was captured.

This afternoon, another terrorist opened fire at the police checkpoint at the Lions’ Gate to the Temple Mount, the scene of so many other terror attacks in the past. One police officer was wounded.

In another attack, an IDF soldier from Ephraim Area Brigade was shot from a speeding vehicle near the Parsa Junction near Talmon in Samaria.
Miraculously, the bullet grazed the back of the soldier’s skull.
The soldier was taken to a clinic and released. The terrorist remains at large.
