Palestinian terror . . .
Palestinian terrorists attacked Israelis with “rocks” and Molotovs at Beit Anun in the Hevron mountains, Barta’a, the Reihan Crossing, and at numerous other places.
Palestinian terrorists attacked Israeli buses with Molotovs and “rocks” on the Gush Etzion-Hevron Road between Beit Omer and Karmei Tzur, and on the Jerusalem-Gush Etzion Road between the Al-Khader Junction and the North Efrat Junction.
Palestinian terrorists attacked IDF troops near Beit Jen and Shilo.

The daily Corona (Covid-19) update . . .
Please note that these numbers encompass from 4 pm Friday until 8 pm today (Sunday):
687,492 Israelis have been confirmed with the virus since the pandemic began last March.
There are 6,636 newly confirmed cases.
1,101 are in critical condition—an increase of 43
312 of the most critically ill are on ventilators—a decrease of 19
5,096 have died–an increase of 70
There are currently 70,371 active Corona cases in Israel.
3.4 million have now been vaccinated.
After a month of tight closure, many restrictions are being lifted today despite increasing numbers of dead and critically ill which leads many Israelis to ask “why was there ever a closure?” Here are the new guidelines:
*people can travel outside of a 1000 meter limit (which means they can travel anywhere)
*people can visit and stay in other people’s homes (which means there can be parties and long visits)
*people can visit one on one businesses such as hair salons
*educational facilities will remain partially closed until Tuesday
As we said, Corona continues to surge, especially in the IDF. One entire combat battalion has been shut down with more than 10,000 solders being quarantined. Reserve IDF soldiers have been sent to the Gaza border to take the place of soldiers who have the virus or who have been quarantined.
About the worldwide drop in morbidity . . .
It would appear that in numerous countries around the world (other than Israel) Corona morbidity is dropping—with no connection to vaccination. For example, the rate has dropped from 100,000 to 8,000 per day in India. Numerous theories abound for the Indian drop: everyone wearing masks, strong Indian immune systems as a result of previous bouts of malaria, the hot and humid weather, and the fact that only 6% of Indians are over the age of 65.

Today comes news that the attacks were so devastating especially in the area of Abul Kamal near the Syrian-Iraqi border that the Iranians sent an official delegation there yesterday to survey the damage.
A follow up to previous blogs about the Biden Administration and Iran . . .
Based on comments coming from President Biden and his minions, we have been reporting how the new President is doing all he can to get the nuclear weapons appeasement agreement back in place.
Today comes news from several sources that Biden wants to “depackage” Iran by separating the nuclear agreement from Iranian regional aggression.
To put it another way, Iranian fostering of regional and even worldwide terror will no longer be a reason for not revitalizing the nuclear agreement. In return for a meaningless piece of paper, Iran would be given free rein to pursue regional hegemony.

To regular readers of OneIsrael, the fraudulent arrogation of jurisdiction by the International Criminal Court in The Hague Friday to all areas taken by Israel in the 1967 war comes as no surprise.
Though the 60-page ruling suggested that the finding would allow Chief Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda to pursue war crimes allegations against Israel and the Palestinians, the obvious fact is that Bensouda has spent the last six years trying to accuse Israel of war crimes in Gaza, war crimes (in the form of “Jewish settlement activity”) in Judea and Samaria, and war crimes (in the form of Judaization) in Jerusalem.
In the process, she has lined up a who’s who of nauseatingly abominable organizations such as Breaking the Silence and Adalah to go to the Netherlands and give evidence against the IDF and Israel.

The Fraud of Bensouda and the ICC

Fatou Bensouda, the Chief Prosecutor for the International Criminal Court in the Hague, issued a statement yesterday declaring that sufficient basis exists to investigate Israel for war crimes in the “West Bank”, Gaza, and “East Jerusalem.”
None of this comes as a surprise. Bensouda is a devout Muslim and has often talked about how Islam plays a role in guiding her and her vision for the ICC. In an interview with Al-Arabiya, Bensouda proclaimed: “Islam, as you know, is a religion of peace. and it gives you this inner strength and a sense of justice.”
A religion of peace and a sense of justice? One wonders what planet Fatou Bensouda is living on.
At the same time Bensouda made her statement about war crimes, she also asked the Court to decide if it has jurisdiction over “the West Bank”, Gaza, and “East Jerusalem” those areas. This latter request came hours after Israel Attorney General Mandelblit issued a statement saying that it does not have jurisdiction.
What are the three major war crimes the Palestinians are accusing Israel of and which Bensouda has apparently bought into?
*The supposed war crime of “colonization”: construction of and within Jewish communities in Area C of Judea and Samaria. According to the PLO, this is the main war crime.
*The supposed war crime of “Judaization of Jerusalem”: reconstruction of Jewish synagogues in the Old City, action of police forces on the Temple Mount, purchasing of Arab homes in eastern Jerusalem, etc.
*The supposed war crime of “massacres of unarmed civilians” on the Gaza border during the last 18 months of “return marches.”
Colonization? Is it colonization of build Jewish communities in our ancestral homeland–a homeland which the Romans tried to eliminate 2000 years ago and the Arabs (including the Jordanians) attempted to ethnically cleanse of all Jews for the last 1500 years.
As PM Netanyahu said this morning: “It is a black day for truth and justice and turns the ICC into entity fighting against Israel. It wants to perpetrate the idea that Jews living in their homeland is a war crime.”
Judaization? Arabs are free to live (and have moved into) all areas of Jerusalem, but Jews cannot buy land in eastern Jerusalem? and cannot rebuild Jewish holy places destroyed by the Jordanians? and cannot exert our sovereignty over the Temple Mount?
Massacres of innocent civilians? What happens everyday at the Border Fence? Are we supposed to let terrorists try to kill our soldiers and try to infiltrate into Israel where they can kill our civilians?
The ICC will undoubtedly answer “yes” to all of the above questions as Bensouda already has. Israel will just have continue to fight the fight and do what is right.

In short, the trial will go on for years, but the decision at the ICC has already been rendered and the verdict given:
