The “My How Times Have Changed” Quote of the Day

“We are outraged by the rocket attack. I contacted the Prime Minister of Iraqi Kurdistan-Iraq, Masoud Barzani, to ensure the necessary support any investigation of the incident and prosecute those responsible.”

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinkin ludicrously referring to the Iranian proxy missile attack on the Erbil AFB in Iraq during which 14 missiles were fired at the base killing one U.S. airman, 1 U.S. contractor and wounding 5 more.

Prosecute those responsible?

What do you think is the likelihood dear reader of capturing the terrorists who fired the missiles and then prosecuting them?

Your humble servant imagines the likelihood is less than zero.

Can you imagine former U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo making such a statement?

If Pompeo and Trump were still around, there would an immediate attack on the perpetrators.
