On the Ground in the North

*The IDF Spokesman:

“Last night (Wednesday), a central commander of Hezbollah’s Radwan force, Ali Muhammad al-Dabas, was assassinated, along with his deputy Hassan Ibrahim Issa and another operative.

Al-Dabas was one of the planners of the attack at the Megiddo junction in March 2023. He led, planned and carried out many terrorist activities against the State of Israel, especially during the war.

The assassination was carried out by attacking an IDF fighter jet on a military building belonging to the Hezbollah terrorist organization in Nabatiya.”

*Following IDF attacks in Lebanon, Hezbollah issued a statement claiming that 10 of its “militants” had been killed by the IDF–and that revenge would be soon coming.

*Prior to the above events, Hezbollah launched 10 precision-guided missiles at IDF bases and other locations including the Ziv Medical Center in Tzfat.

*The IDF Spokesman issued this statement earlier:

“The IDF completed an extensive wave of attacks in Lebanese territory, among them targets associated with the Radwan force; military buildings, combat personnel and terrorist infrastructures were attacked in a number of areas in the territory of Lebanon.

Fighter jets recently attacked a series of targets of the Hezbollah terrorist organization in the areas of Jabal al Brij, Hona, Dunin, Adashit and Alzuana.”

In Gaza:

A HamISIS commander who ordered that Israeli women be kidnapped on October 7 has been killed.

In the Red Sea:

From Centcom:

“On Feb. 14, between the hours of 1p.m. – 7:30p.m.(Sanaa time), U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) forces successfully conducted four self-defense strikes against seven mobile anti-ship cruise missiles (ASCM), three mobile unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), and one explosive unmanned surface vessel (USV) in Houthi controlled areas of Yemen, that were prepared to launch against ships in the Red Sea. CENTCOM identified these mobile missiles, UAVs, and USV in Houthi-controlled areas of Yemen and determined it presented an imminent threat to U.S. Navy ships and merchant vessels in the region. These actions will protect freedom of navigation and make international waters safer and more secure for U.S. Navy and merchant vessels.”
