Appalling Photo of the Day:

The home of the Palestinian terrorist who gruesomely murdered the two Israelis at the Barkan Industrial Park.

The home of the Palestinian terrorist who gruesomely murdered the two Israelis at the Barkan Industrial Park.

Why is this photo which was taken yesterday so appalling?

Believe it or not, this is how the house looked after it was “destroyed”. Except that the rambling two story country home was obviously not destroyed at all. In fact, you have to look closely to see that the only thing that was destroyed was a downstairs bedroom.

For all of PM Netanyahu’s tough talk about destroying the homes of terrorists, what you see above is the actual result. As one Israeli wag noted today, Israelis these days destroy terrorists’ homes with a pair of tweezers.

The News on the Israeli Street

Palestinian terror in the last 24 hours . . .

Insofar as Judea and Samaria are concerned, a good question might be where did terrorism NOT take place?

From terrorists throwing IEDs at Mevo Dotan, to knife-carrying terrorists captured at Givat Assaf, to Palestinian terrorists attacking busloads of children near Tikkun, terrorists were around every corner.

Here are a few of the other places where terror attacks occurred: Umm Safa, the Nabi Elias bypass road, Route 465 near Ateret, between Rahelim and Iswiya, at Yakir, Ravaeh, Neve Tzuf, Shdema, on Road 443 beside Tira, Jilazun, the Abu Sneineh neighborhood of Hevron, Umm el-Amri, Bruchin, Turmus’aya, Kiryat Arba, Beit Anun, Tekoa, at various locations in the Jordan Valley, east of the Maccabim Checkpoint, Beit Ummar, Hizma, and Huwara.

The more the terrorism, the more fearful the government grows . . .

Instead of cracking down on surging terrorism, our government leaders continue to scramble to find every excuse to go soft on terror.

Yesterday it was Attorney General Mandelblit’s turn. In a ruling that informs us about the current state of thinking among politicians in Israel, the Attorney General decided that the families of terrorists cannot be expelled from Israel.

Why you may ask?

For two reasons.

First, Mandleblit decreed such action is unconstitutional.

The evolution of e-commerce shipping and logistics has however allowing customers more control india sildenafil over the delivery process than before. Always remember that this condition is unavoidable and martinblaser.com viagra prices it is relatively the same as menopause. Repeat this process daily and keep track of viagra online uk your refill date and remind you of the same. This may not sound so alarming until you experience martinblaser.com viagra generic brand it quite often then you should definitely start taking appropriate medications to combat the problem.
Say what?

Israel has no constitution, and can anyone show your humble servant where it is written in any document that terror families cannot be expelled?

Second, Mandleblit decreed that such action would meet with “international difficulty.”

Say what?

Who cares if international organizations and politicians disapprove? We are talking about saving Israeli lives.

But as we have seen before in regard to the IDF General Staff, Mandleblit is simply afraid he will not be able to go globetrotting in the future.

Let’s not protect ourselves for fear that the European Union might declare us persona non grata.

Pathetic. Just plain pathetic.

TODAY’S BLOG:

The Australians Can Stick Their Recognition Where The Sun Doesn’t Shine

Speaking of just plain pathetic, Australian PM Scott Morrison’s announcement that Australia will recognize West Jerusalem as the capital of Israel is just plain pathetic.

One wonders why it took Australia more than 70 years to reach this decision. Reaching it now is meaningless.

But there was more. Morrison appended his statement with a declaration that Australia will recognize East Jerusalem as the capital of Palestine as soon as a peace agreement with Israel is reached.

What does this mean?

It means that Australia will recognize that the Old City of Jerusalem with the Jewish Quarter, the Western Wall, and the holiest site in Judaism on the Temple Mount are all Palestinian.

That is just plain pathetic. So we here at israelstreet would like to tell the Aussies thanks but no thanks. You can stick your recognition down under where the sun doesn’t shine.
